Walker was born on the 26th of June on the 26th of June, 1976, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. She has African American heritage and an American national. She is her mother's daughter. Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her father works in engineering and her mother is an estate agent. Walker received her schooling in the Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown area where she graduated in 1994. In 1998, she graduated with a bachelor's of arts diploma in the field of education at Harvard College. Welker is happily married for more than 20 years to John Hughes who is a well known marketing director of Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila have two children. In 2014 the couple began to engage in an affair. John her husband is four years less than her. Their relationship was progressing so well that they took this to the next level.
