She's her mother's daughter. Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). She is the mother of an agent in real estate while her father holds a degree in engineering. Walker was a student at her school at the Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown and graduated with the diploma in 1994. In 1998, Walker earned a bachelor's of arts diploma in the field of education at Harvard College. Welker married John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was an acclaimed marketing director. The couple have two daughters. They began an affair in 2014. John is husband to her and is four years older than her. The couple was getting along so well, they decided to take their relationship to a new level. The 4th of March 2017 was the day that they tied the knot.
